Hello all - Just joined up today. Lots of great information on this site.

I've been brewing wine for years and finally decided to do beer.

After reading all of the great information here I decided to go straight to all grain since my father passed down so many useful pieces of equipment.

My first batch was a simple Blonde Ale with Perle and Cascade hops. It's only 2 weeks old and might be one of the the best beers I've ever tasted. I had know idea my home brews would be better than commercial beers. So long expensive tasteless watery store bought beer.
