Hello everyone!
I have been lurking around this site for quite some time now but have never posted anything so I figure now is as good a time to introduce myself to the wonderful people at homebrew talk. I have been brewing beer for a very short time now. Maybe 3-4 months I have only got 2- 5 gallon batches under my belt of beer. The first was a Belgium wit and the second is a concoction that I am calling a Belgium honey wit. I'm excited to post more of my adventures here. I have never been one to follow kits in any hobby I try so I usually come up with some interesting ideas. Lets hope this beer stuff works out. Regardless of how I fail, I will drink my beer, so long as it won't harm me. I plan on learning from errors and fixing the problem. So anyhow. Thanks for being around all and I hope to chat beer with u all.
