Been lurking for a while.
All grain brewer for the last couple of years and extract before that. Way back in university, we used to go to the local u-brew instead of paying high beer store prices.
Currently, i have a doulbe IPA in the secondary and a British pale ale in the keg.
Biggest problem is trying to find ingredients around here.
I'm starting the think about expand my operation and am working on consitency and repeatability.
