Or at least north of Atlanta.

Brewed my first beer today. Brewer's Best Double IPA. Picked up a 10 gallon Bayou Classic Brew kettle set, made an immersion chiller, grabbed a starter kit with a bucket and carboy, and everything else local. I'm beginning to think between this and diving rebreathers that all my hobbies are tending toward clean-up and sanitation...

So far, so good. Hit OG targets and chiller got 5 gallons to just under 70 in about 15 minutes.

Good news about brewing indoors is my wife is now adamant I pick up a burner. I'm sure there's a way to logically fit in a mash tun and some other things there...
