I'm new to the forum, and I've been brewing for about a year. I live in Oregon where there are plenty of great breweries, although I never go into Portland. I'm an old country boy and can't stand any big city.
I try to never let my carboy stay empty for more than a couple of weeks. I just made an Irish Red, but I played with the ingredients a bit and it's not really all that red, but is gonna be good.
Anyways, I enjoy reading all of the informative posts and viewing the photos. I pretty jealous of som of the set ups I've seen.
Well, Cheers
