I am a total newbie. I live in a florida just about an hour south of tampa. My friend got me involved in his brewing adventure, so I decided to start my own. I just started brewing about 2 weeks ago and I just put my 2nd batch into the primary ferm. This site is amazing and has definitely kept me on the right path, no matter how hard I try to mess things up. I Really enjoy the brewing process and I can't wait to expand in the future. The brewing process is so addictive. I should probably thank you all in advance, because I know I am going to be using all you knowledge and wisdom.
