Hey,
I have like 20 lbs of wheat DME I need to get rid of becuase I am going to start doing AG.
With that said, the reason I have that much wheat DME is because I love Hefeweizens. by far my favorite.
I brewed the Paulaner clone (see sig) and it tasted great!
I do however want to go with a fullboil this time and all wheat DME (no extra light) so I know I get 50% wheat at least in my beer (wheat dme is not 100% wheat on my end)
how does this look:
Fullboil, 6 gallons
6lbs Wheat DME
4oz Munich malt
1oz hallertauer 60min
wyeast 3068
any suggestions or comments?
