How young is too young? With the right gravity drop is 2 weeks primary enough or should I do my usual month. I see recipes with two weeks primary and two weeks bottle. All my other beers I do month and month ( At least in the bottles to get the carbonation nice and absorbed). Any opinions on how this changes for a hef or if a month is too long?

If your gravity is stable at 2 weeks, I think you're fine. I typically do two weeks primary for wheat beers. I recall someone on here boasting a grain to glass hef in 7 days (keg, not bottle).
