Im going to brew an all grain batch in a few months but not sure what to do. Im already committed to using pilsner malt by Best Malz and any other specialty grain. Not going for a specific style but something for a hot summer day with using WLP001 or wy1272.

Ive got these hops in stock

CTZ
Centennial
Cascade
Crystal
Falconer 7 c's
Chinook
Saaz
Hallertau
zythoes

IBU's about 20-25
AVB from 4.5 to 5.5

Anyone have any suggestions?

Don't have time to plug it into beersmith but I'd go 8 lbs pilsner, 1 lb Vienna, 1 lb Munich. Chinook bittering (1oz) Cascade flavor additions (20 and 10 min, maybe 1 ounce each). 1 ounce chinook at 1 minute and then keg hop with another ounce of chinook.
