Beer coming out of fermenter into keg crystal-clear beer going through beer gun line clear. Once poured into a glass has a haze. Any thoughts?

I only use secondaries or "bright tanks" for oaking. I let the beer settle out clear or slightly misty in primary. But you can use a secondary for that if you want.

Dry hopping can definitely cause a haze, especially if you did it just a few days prior to kegging.

Chill haze can be gotten rid of by time, or a super cheap and highly effective chemical powder called polyclar.
