My first post...
Happy Memmorial Day eveyone. Just finished my very first homebrew! Sierra Nevada Clone. I think i may have scorched it a little. Its pretty dark and cloudy, but i love it! Most of my friends and family don't like beer with flavor, so I get to pretty much drink all of it!!

Today I'm celebratimg Memorial day, smoking a boneless pork roast, playing Steely Dan and drinking a wonderful homebrew. This is the life!!

If you used extract, it might be dark just from that. They tend to be darker than the originals and AG brews. It might taste just fine anyway!

I wanted to brew this weekend, but with stuff going on and getting ready for my daughter's graduation open house I decided to postpone the brewing until that's done and over with.
