I came up with this recipe after having an amazing wet hopped cascade harvest ale. It turned out fantastic and will be a staple here on out. Tons of hop flavor with minimal bitterness. I brewed up 10 gallons of it and used s04 in one carboy and Conan in another. The Conan was fruitier and a little better IMO.
Batch size: 6 gallons
OG: 1.057
FG: 1.010
Mash 152F for 60 min
Boil 60 min
11.5# two row
1.25# c-60
0.75# carapils
1 oz cascade FWH
2 oz cascade 5 min
5 oz cascade aroma steep (chill to 180, add hops, cut chiller, steep for 30 min)
4 oz cascade dry hop (5-7 days)
With s-04, fermented at 63. Fermented at 68 with Conan.
