Hi All, Longtime Lurker. New Poster. I'm here, you're all here. Seems about right. I make some beer and wine, sometimes I distill, bt even then, 90% of what you do, I do it too. Fermentation is a fascinating thing. I'm going to go post a rice wine ferment in the forums, the recipe is over three thousand years old... seems right to say hi first here.
