Pretty acqurate your temperature estimate: right now we are at 57°F, my last brew was oatmeal stout, but I'd like to try now with sweet stout, maybe with peanut butter extract

I'd like to do something like their 5 Vulture (Oaxacan-Style Dark Ale with Ancho & Mulato Chiles, Piloncillo)

I tried only two beers with chilli: 4 jinetes, and another I can´t recall, both of them imperial stouts, I think stouts are the best ales to use peppers, but a lager may be interesting, different.
