Hello brewers! I am new to this forum so thank you for adding me to the community. We are settling into the tropics and working through some kinks in the process due to the heat, humidity and accessibility to ingredients. We are brewing small batches of beer, cider, soda and looking forward to learning/sharing with everyone in the Homebrew Talk community.
