Grainfather overflow pipe thread?

I'm thinking of just getting a grainfather overflow pipe for my diy brewery, but the locking nut seems vastly overpriced for what it is. Does anyone know if uses a common thread size?

Wow that's not bad for the pipe and washer and nut . It's all stainless steele so imo that's not a bad price at all.

No no, that is for the NUT. Hence why I am wondering if there are common alternatives...

For anyone curious ,I can now confirm it uses a standard 1/2" NPT nut.

Try brewhardware.com. 1/2 NPT SS locknut is $4. Plus shipping, of course. I think they might do overseas shipping.
