Grain mill motor

Would this work to drive my grain mill? I don't know a whole lot about motors. It looks like this one has a gear ratio to bring it down to 178rpms

I wouldn't go below 30 in-lb for a two roller mill with 1-1/4" rollers. Bigger rollers need even more torque.
