-15 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row)
-5 lbs Wheat Malt
-2 lbs Cara-Pils/Dextrine
-1.00 oz Chinook 60.0 min
-1.00 oz Cascade 30.0 min
-2.00 oz Cascade 15.0 min
-Nottingham yeast
This is fermenting in my root cellar right now. I was able to lock the temp in at a cool 58 degrees. The Nottingham started slow, but seems to be working strong. I'm hoping for clean and clear lageresque results from the Notty. Ibu's are a bit high, but I like hops, so why not right? Any thoughts?
