going to have some leftovers from my next brew day any ideas what to use them on?

Looks like i'm going to have some left over ingredients for my next brew day.
I think with some base malt and a little more hops i can do a half batch or even another whole 5 gal. batch with very little money spent. I would be repitching wlp 007 dry english ale.

I'm goin to have
.75 lb of crystal 60
.75 lb of crystal 75
.5 oz of columbus.
leftover. What do you think? maybe a session beer or a mild?

After thinking on this I came up with an amber ale.
I don't have any brewing software.
How do you think this will turn out.
5 gal.
8# light lme
.5# crystal 60
.5# crystal 75
1.5 oz columbus 1oz at 60 min .5 at 20
2 oz willamette 1 oz at 5 mins 1 oz at flame out
wlp 007 dry english ale
