Gmix psi

Just tapped my stout keg last night after carbing with straight CO2 for a week at 12 psi. Hooked my gmix tank and it was awesome. Running at 20 psi on gmix, is that too much too little? Good amount of head comes out initially but no problem after that.

Depends on the carb level and beer temp. FWIW most people use something closer to 30psi with a nitro faucet. Most people also have better luck with beer gas blends that have a higher percentage of CO2 than G mix.

I carb at 8psi to approx 1.8 vols then N2/CO2 blend at 70/30 at 30psi line length won't matter because of the restrictor plate.
