On the one hand, sanity is yelling at me that this is a terrible idea. On the other hand the younger side of me is yelling form the depths... "GLOWING GREEN BEER!!!"

Haha awesome.

I doubt the green colour would stick around, but surely it's worth a 1 gallon batch to find out? Even glowing green wort would be pretty cool. Do something real light like a pilsner for maximum effect.

Will leave it to the chemist folk to comment on whether it's a good/safe idea etc.
 
This would be awesome. It would be cool to time a brew for a Halloween party, and set up your place with black lights while everyone is drinking a fluorescent beer! A hazy NEIPA would be perfect.
