Got my Max Burton Induction cooker today tested a gallon boil on it was alot faster than I expected took about 20 minutes with Cold water. Will be doing 2.5 and 3 gallon Biab batches. Only thing now is if I am going recirculate it or not.

What model Max Burton?
I would recirculate personally. I do not yet but I did a ghetto rig once while chilling and it made a world of difference.

I got the 6000 for now switching to Avantco IC1800 later for now just got the 6000 1800watt used max burton off of ebay for 50.00 to get going.
