Hay guys,
Have a Brutus 10 build based on Lonnie plans in the works since I’m guessing around 2013 or longer (I’m a careful planner). Well luck would have it I’m finally able to complete that build. The only changes that I’ve made was to change out he asco valves for the Honeywell. Other then that all other is the same. I’m located in the Tampa Bay Florida area and was wondering if anyone in the area have experience with these 3 vessels one tier system on wiring, getting the best burn, and getting it to run that would like to share information on how to complete this build. I‘ve purchased the Love controller and most of the parts for the control box.

So here are some of the other toys with this project, a little something from Spike a little something from Penguins chillers, a cool box, an air conditioner, and a 12x30 shed to put it all in. 12x15 man cave 5x12 walk-in with 6 taps through the wall.

Wow! Looks like you're pretty far along. Own TIG welder too! 🤤
I've taken a lot of inspiration from Brutus 10 and Homebrew Academy...
I've done my own copper plumbing to feed my brew area and gas pipe too...and am halfway through automating the pump with PID to circulate a kind of HERMS'ish setup.
If that has issues, then I may just build a brew cart like yours and automate both burners.
Right now I fit two 8.5 gal kettles on my 30" x 24" stand...it's tight. Needs heat shield to avoid melting the reflectrix, but we'll see, I haven't fired it up since it installed that part.

My NG rig uses 20 tip jet burners. My spacing from jet tip to kettle bottom is about 15". I found that they needed the space to pull enough O2 for clean burning. My kettles are 25g each and they work great. I know I'm late to the party, but they put out so much radiant heat. I would mount my panel and switches further away from the heat. Nice looking build! I wish I had gone with stainless. I have all the equipment to put it together. I hadn't built a system before and went 3 tier carbon steel. I wish I had made a 2 tier out of stainless. When we build or house I'm going electric indoors. Post your finished pictures, I'm digging what you're doing.
