Is there a good way to attach a bunch of regulators (6) together? I'm having trouble getting them all tight and lined up - there's no good place to wrench on them, and when I do get them tight they aren't lined up. Am I missing some obvious trick here, or is this just a huge PITA?

I'm going to vote for "Huge PITA".

You pretty much have to use an imperial crap ton of pipe tape on every connection to give you enough rotational movement to get everything lined up while still holding the seal across all those fittings.

So, definitely, "Huge PITA"...

Cheers! And good luck.

For the next kegger.

Use Loctite 545

It will hold position and seal with just hand tightening.

Yes, you can get them back apart.
No, it wont pollute your lines if you use it as described . . . aka sparingly.

There are all kinds of thread sealants available at the big box hardware store. There's one that's a paste/goo that's either teflon or silicone based that a lot of CO2 manifolds are assembled with.
