I have a crack about 1 cm long and 2 mm wide in my keggle. Does anyone have a suggestion on the best way to fix this? I was think about using high temp JP weld or silver solder that I use for sweating copper.

Thanks

Smash it back into place and solder? No matter what anyone says, i wouldn't trust JB weld anywhere near my wort.

Agreed! Silver solder. Clean, use the appropriate flux and enough heat, and you should be able to whiz the surface off to the point that it would take near genius to actually find any signs of the crack, and no risk of cooties growing under the edge of a scab of JB Weld epoxy.
