It will fit into one of those flat rate postal boxes $5-ish. If you don't buy it, I may!

We'll I guess it's been a little longer than I thought since I last used it...
I hooked it up to an old keg and it seems to be releasing pressure through the hand pump.

I don't feel right selling it when it's not in working order, the coupler cleaned up nicely but i'll need a little bit of time to pull apart the pump and re-lube the compression o-ring.

Stand by...

Maybe check out the keg pressure and line length calculator.

Honestly I can't find any resources on repairing one of these so I think i'll write a little article about it.

I can't pass up an opportunity to work with my hands! It should be in ship shape by this evening.

normally you ask questions in the forum section but eh I'll see how I can help.

so it could be a number of things... there could actually be air in your lines. To fix this problem you'll need to check and tighten all of your worm clamp connections. (where the tubing connects to your liquid out port)

how cold is your beer? if it's too warm that can be an issue.

What is the interior Diameter of your beer line? I'm pretty sure you'll want to have 3/16th ID line if you're only going 6.5 feet

It's 3/16 it's running at 38 degrees. There is a lot of air build up from overnight. I take it as that's not normal. Just tighten the clamp on the hose. I don't know how to post it. So that's why I asked you guys

Sounds like everything is in order, sometimes there is a small... Imperfection or burr in the inside of your line or keg connection that forces co2 out of solution... I would probably take apart and re-assemble your set up... i know it's a pain but sometimes it's what you've got to do.

Bump.
The two buyers for the tap fell through.
Anyone else interested on a newly rebuilt and lubed party pump tap?
