I just finished a batch of cherry wine, and will be done with a batch of blueberry wine soon. I was thinking to save the fruit in the freezer and toss some of it in with my next batch of graff.

Thoughts? :cross:

Why not? What kind of fruit? I've used raisins in graff quite a bit & will be adding plums in my next batch.
Regards, GF.

Well I just pulled out cherries (4.5lbs before fermenting) and blueberries will be ready in a week or so (15.5lbs before fermenting)
