Hi every one I've brewed a lager with s23 which seems to be ferment great.
yesterday (3 days from the start) my fridge stopped working for the night and I figgure that the beer temp raised to 19 C instead of 12 C. first thing in the morning I fixed the problem and the fridge works again (untill next time).

do you think this one night warm up in the third day of fermentation will have influence the beer's taste?

It probably did not hurt anything. Most likely took most of the night for the temperature to raise so it would not have been there very long.

the fridge shortend a couple of times more and them I mange to move the beer to another fridge and since then allg good.
I checked the beer today and the gravity was down to 1.06 (which is good and may be final) and the taste was hmmm let see more similar to ale good one though..
I'll bottle in a day or two and update.
