I'm not very experienced with putting recipes together so I thought I would throw it out to you knowledgeable folks. I'm looking to put together an IPA with the ingredients I have on hand. Here is list of what i have:

Plenty of 2row
.5LB Caramel 10
.5LB Caramel 20
.5LB Melanoidin
.5 Special Roast

Hops:
More than enough Chinook, Centennial, Williamette
.5oz Cascade

Any thoughts on a grain bill and hop schedule using these.

Also, I'm up for adding other specialty malts or hops since I have to head to the brew store for yeast.

Any insight is appreciated.

12 lbs 2-row, c10, and c20 for the grains. melanoidin to add a little maltiness since you have a little c10 and 20. 1 oz chinook boil, 1 oz centennial at 20 min left, 1 oz willamette and the cascade at 2 minutes.
