I was having a few pints of my DIS and it has this fresh milk note to it..actually tastes amazing..im not considering it a flaw cause it really is pleasant and everyone who has tryed it agrees its awesome..but im wondering if anyone has tasted this in their stout before..its a pretty standard DIS recipe..6lbs maris otter,2 lbs flaked barley,1 lb roasted barley,2oz cluster and 1084 yeast..usually my stouts taste like espresso this one tastes like a cappuccino..pretty stange but i hope i can repeat it
