So I am brewing a HUGE barleywine and had everything added and was ready to finish the boil and get ready to chill and forgot to add the 1.5lbs of dextrose that i planned to put in. Now im chilling and look over to see the container on the table. I without thinking add it to the kettle but the temp was only at 110-120. I spent another 15 minutes chilling it down to 70 for pitch but am worried about sanitization. Should I be worried?

I wouldn't be worried especially if it was in an unopened package, which should be clean enough. Also pitching right away, and with the potential alcohol, there shouldn't be a problem.
