My wife and I have gone down the brewing rabbit hole, she's making good booch, and I'm trying to make respectable beer.

Just jumped into kegging, and she scaled up to a 3 L jar. So, we're out of bottles and kegged the last batch. It probably went a few days past optimal, a bit low on pH and very sour. Added berries and sugar, and secondaried in the keg for a week. Overall, very awesome having on tap!

We've drank about a gallon of, say2.8 or so, and its quite puckery....and a LOT of berries. ...so she has her next batch that is a day or 2 short of optimal, and I might dump it in tonight, mix it up, force carb, and give it a shot.

Anyone keggers want to weigh in? I'm not totally clear what even goes on with this stuff in secondary, so sorry in advance if this is an obvious bad idea, just a beer guy.
