So I have purchased 2 commercial kegs for my keezer and each one has had the same problem. The first pour I always get a large amount of foam, and there is an area in the beer line that obviously does not have beer in it. This is seen when opening the keezer. The amount of foam decreases as the keg gets more empty. I do not have this problem when carbonating or serving beer from my homebrew kegs.

I have used kegco coupler and used some quick disconnect adapters. I will post a photo of the setup.

Any idea what could be the problem ?

99% of the times I trouble shoot draft systems for foam issues it is a temperature related issue. Commercially kegged beer likes it colder then home brewed beer (about 36 degrees F). About 10 psi on the regulator works great for Sanky kegs too. Your beer should "fall" out of the faucet, not "run" out. You can try releasing all the pressure in the Sanky keg and starting over if your coupler has a release valve. Make sure all your beer line is chilling too-cold air sinks to the bottom of the area and upper lines sometimes get too warm. Hope you get it fixed. Nothing is more aggravating then having beer you can't drink.
