My coconut porter has been in the bottle for 2 weeks and since the third day I've noticed a ring of bubbles around the neck of the beer. It's not like a head just a ring of bubbles in every bottle. I opened one and I can't taste any off flavors other than its still pretty boozy.
The black rye ipa that I bottled at the same time looks fine. All the bottles for both batches were washed and sanitized exactly the same.

Probably just CO2 forming as the beer carbonates. Sometimes this will leave a slight ring as the beer conditions, if so you can give the bottle a few swirls after a week or so and that generally will allow it to settle to the bottom.
