Looks like yeast rafts. I regularly get them on a dark mild I do, but it is really hard to tell. I have the same trouble trying to take sharply focussed pictures through a carboy.
Only posting this to throw in my first-glance opinion. Hopefully a few others with better visual processing than me will weigh in here.
The white bubbles are yeast rafts without trub. The darker ones have trub and krausen residue. What looks like a big white bubble on the lower right of the picture is more worrisome as I have seen that on infected batches.
