Fleischmann's Bread Yeast... 18.5%

This is the second time in a row I have made JAOM with this batch of yeast where it has gone crazy.

The First time it was 1.14 OG to 1.00 FG for 18.4%

This was too dry for all the spices, so that stuff is aging

The second time it was 1.16 OG to 1.02 FG for 18.5%

So hot, trying to figure out how to make this recipe without killing everyones liver!

That is pretty interesting... how long did it take to get down to those FGs?

Both times packet yeast, or you have started cultivating it yourself?
