This is the second time in a row I have made JAOM with this batch of yeast where it has gone crazy.
The First time it was 1.14 OG to 1.00 FG for 18.4%
This was too dry for all the spices, so that stuff is aging
The second time it was 1.16 OG to 1.02 FG for 18.5%
So hot, trying to figure out how to make this recipe without killing everyones liver!
