First wheats beer is on

Hi Guys,

I just made my first ever wheat beer tonight from a kit and it's smelling awesome!

It contained coriander seeds and I had to put orange zest in it too, I'm already looking forward to this one and it's been in the fermenter for less than an hour.

Are coriander seeds and orange zest usual for wheat beer ingredients?

I believe that would be a blue moon clone.

I just did a raspberry wheat which did not have any coriander or orange.

It was meant to be a hoegarden clone according to the kit but I've never noticed any of those flavours in hoegarden before

Just a quick one, how long should I let the wheat beer age form there seems to be some conflicting opinions, some say age it but others say drink it young?
