Hello all, I tried my first red ale recipe and after 3 weeks I'm starting to cold crash. I just took a gravity reading before I started crashing it and it seemed like it needed a bit more body. Anyone have any ideas on this recipe? I did a 60 min mash at 153, 1.0 Oz fuggles at 60 min and .50 Oz goldinngs at 20 min with a 90 minute boil. The SG was 1.057 and FG at 1.015. Thanks!
