Batch Size:5 gallons (fermentor volume)
Boil Size: 5.5 gallons
Efficiency: 70% (brew house)

STATS:
Original Gravity: 1.055
Final Gravity: 1.014
ABV (standard): 5.5%
IBU (tinseth): 23.7
SRM (morey): 38

FERMENTABLES:
0.5 lb - Chocolate Malt
0.5 lb - Black Malt
0.5 lb - Crystal 80L
0.5 lb - Flaked Barley
1 lb - Lactose
6 lb - Liquid Malt Extract - Amber

HOPS:
1.25 oz - Kent Goldings for 45 min, Type: Pellet, Use: Boil (AA 5.8, IBU: 23.7)

Came out amazing. A lot of coffee and toffee flavors come through. Friends who don't even normally drink stouts loved it and it has a nice chewy mouthfeel.
