I brew 4 gallon batches and just bit the bullet and got a 3 gallon keg from NB. Just poured my first pint from it! A key lime Belgian pale- turned out great!!
Congratulations. Kegging certainly made my life easier. I now have a few 5 gallon cornys and a couple 2.5 gallon kegs. The smaller keg let's me easily take some homebrew with me to share with friends. My office is pretty casual and I sometimes take my small keg into the office to share at a team lunch. I'm a hero on those days!
