First Gluten Free Batch (looking for suggestions)

Hello All,

After completing my first two batches of home-brew (and English Mild Ale & California Common Lager) I learned that I have Celiac Disease and now cannot drink the beers I have made. While this is a bummer, I am not stopping my new hobby.

Many of the recipes on www.glutenfreehomebrewing.com are near impossible to follow. Given that I am a new brewer, can anyone suggestion a good GF recipe to start with? I really like Glutenberg Blanche - does anyone have a "clone" recipe for that?

Are you looking for extract, partial mash, or all grain?

The 'tutorials' section on gfhb is a good place to start.

all grain. ill check the tutorial section out, looked at the recipe section and it was hard to follow.

Despite some tech issues, this is also a very good resource. You'll see there are many ways to skin this cat. It's alot at first, but you'll get a handle on it.
