Hello!

Last night, we bottled a pale ale, the very first batch for us. I've gleaned a good deal of advice lurking here, so I thought I'd say thanks.

There's an oatmeal stout I'm much more excited about still in the fermented, though I pitched it a few days before the PA. Gravity keeps creeping down so I'll give it a bit more time.
