Well scary to me. I made a version of Yoopers Fizzy Yellow beer, I started
with 8 gallons because I had a 2 gallon boil off with my last batch. This time
I onlly had a little more then a gallon boil off, so since 7 gallons wont fit in
my bucket, I put the remaining gallon into my carboy (all I had) and since I
had already pitched my US-05 I stole 12 oz from the Trippel that is still in
the fermentor and now Im hoping for the best.
Do you think it will kick off?
If I even get a growler out of the deal I'll be pumped
