I know there are probably a lot of these threads so bear with me. Decided to have my first glass of my first all grain made with my first yeast starter during the Pats game today and loved it. Up till now I had made only one gallon extract kits which came out ok. I decided to try all grain (BIAB) for more options of what to brew and to have 2 or 2.5G instead. So glad i finally tried it. I made Yoopers Haus Pale Ale, has really nice flavor, clean and crisp too, not too hoppy which I like. Definitely hooked on this method, can't wait to try another one!

Congrats! I should find out in about 3 weeks yime if my 1st AG brew comes out tasting good or not! It is furiously bubbling away in fermentation right now! :)
