In a couple of weeks (Once I've cleared out some bottles), I'll be starting my first all grain brew
I'd greatly appreciate some advice on my proposed recipe, although please ignore the stuff about the hops and directions (I haven't made my mind up on that yet).
Also, if you have any advice on gotcha's for noobs, I'd appreciate that too
At the moment, I'm just working on clearing out some bottles and reading as much as I possibly can before starting!
