For those who haven't read my coming back intro post; I have returned to HBT with a premium membership. After a few life events that prevented extra hobbies, things are back on track and homebrewing now in full swing. Sure I had to get all new equipment, but life happens right?

Aside from all of that, today is my first brew day since my return! It is like riding a bike, you never really forget. I am sure a lot of you would like to know what is on the menu today, so here it is, let me know what you think and I will post results as this beer becomes reality!

welcome back!
looks like a nice cold weather brew

Cold weather indeed, it's 28 outside and about 42 in my garage. Getting colder now that I had to ventilate for my boil, but it will all be worth it in the end. Hey at least my Mirror Pond Pale is staying cold! :drunk:
