Getting ready to bottle an amber ale. OG of 1.058. It has been in primary for three weeks and seems to he finished at 1.02. Does this seem right?

What yeast did you use? Is this an extract brew? Seems a bit high, I would expect 1.014 or so for a FG.

Yes, it's common for extract batches, especially those with darker malt extract and/or crystal malt, to stop permanently at 1.020. As long as it's stable, it's fine to bottle it.

LOL i buttkicked autocorrect within a week of getting my iphone. Now any mistakes i make are all on me but i know where you're coming from.

Windsor likes 64 to 70 degree F. The 62 degree fermentation may have contributed.

Windsor is a low attenuating yeast. 60% is not unheard of.

Probably done.

Move beer to a warmer location and check the gravity again in a few days. If the same, bottle.
