I'm about to bottle a batch of rauchbeer made following a mix of these 2 recipes:

but using kolsch yeast.
My FG reading is 1018 after 3.5 weeks in the primary. This seems very high compared to my previous batches.
Is there a risk of bombs or should I relax and bottle?
