Ffarg- Apple Ale

I'm brewing a batch today with Crystal 75 on a Witbier yeast.

So, what did you end up with from the above? Anything like the Unibroue Ephemere? I had this the other day and it was great, so I started doing some searching and found this thread. I've got graff and cider going for this season but if I get some carboy space free, I may need to try the Fflarg

I've never had Unibroue Ephemere, so I can't say how it compares. It is very good. It gets better and better with age. I've been going back and forth between this and and India Pale Wheat I brewed. I'm very close to kicking the keg.

+1 to this. I had one yesterday from the batch I brewed very early in the year and I must say it is really coming along. I might brew another batch to age again for next year!
