Ok, i only have one batch under my belt ( red ale and it came out great). My 2nd batch (Caribou Slobber) has been in the Primary for 3 weeks and 5 days. It had an aggrssive fermentation for a few days then faded with minnimal bubbles. The cake formed.

I just checked on it and it is bubbling every 2 seconds and white/cream stuff has formed on the side and it looks like the yeasties are starting again. Fyi, its on a blow off hose. It doesnt smell bad!! ImageUploadedByHome Brew1397865891.415810.jpg
